- Performers and performance schedules are subject to change without prior notice. Thank you for your understanding.
- In addition to the ticket price, various fees such as system usage fees may be required at the time of purchase.
- Minors must obtain consent from a parent or guardian before purchasing tickets and attending the event. Evening performances end late, so please pay attention to your travel plans when returning home.
- Depending on your seat location, parts of the stage, visuals, or production elements may be difficult to see.
- Filming may take place inside the theater on the day of the performance for broadcasting, streaming, or reproduction/distribution.
- Tickets are valid only for the specified date and time. Cancellations, changes in quantity or seat category, and refunds after purchase are strictly not permitted under any circumstances, except in the event of performance cancellation. Please note that refunds will not be issued if the performance takes place as scheduled, even in cases of severe weather, natural disasters, or transportation disruptions. In the event a performance is canceled, refund procedures will be announced on the official website. Ticketing and service fees are strictly non-refundable.
- Guests who use a wheelchair or require special assistance during the performance are kindly asked to contact us using the inquiry form below at least one week prior to the performance date, after purchasing their tickets. Accompaniers also require a valid ticket to watch the performance.

- Admission will be denied in the case of bringing tickets for the wrong date/time or forgetting your ticket. Please make sure to double-check the date and time on your ticket before attending.
- Please purchase your tickets through official sales channels (the event organizer, authorized ticketing agencies, etc.). Transferring, reselling, or attempting to transfer or resell tickets is strictly prohibited under any circumstances. The validity of tickets purchased outside of official sales channels is not guaranteed (this excludes gifting to family/friends or direct transfers at or below face value). Resold tickets are invalid, and admission may be refused. In addition, if commercial resale, unauthorized transfer, or any fraudulent activity (or suspicion thereof) is detected, identity verification may be conducted upon arrival.
