Children under 4 years old may watch the show seated on a guardian’s lap; however, a ticket must be purchased if a separate seat is required.
Children aged 4 and older require a valid ticket and must occupy their own seat.

Tickets are date-and-time specific. After purchase, cancellations, changes to the number of tickets or ticket categories, and refunds (except in the event of performance cancellation) are strictly not permitted under any circumstances.
Please note that refunds will not be issued if the performance takes place as scheduled, even in the event of natural disasters or related transportation disruptions. Please purchase with this understanding.
